On the first Sunday of October, students from our third grade class, along with any older students new to our Sunday school program, receive Bibles. They are encouraged to use their new Bibles to help them grow their relationship with God and His beloved Son, Jesus. |
The first Sunday in October is also World Communion Sunday. This is the day where churches from all over the world celebrate their oneness in Christ by setting aside this day to celebrate in this Holy Sacrament. |
